Clean and pristine, this pool beckons and will keep you entertained for hours. Our guests have called our backyard oasis "a vibe," and that’s exactly what it is.

16x26 feet , pool with diving board and waterfall. Yard has 2 sides. One with all sun with table and chairs and umbrella. The other side of the yard is private with large tent to get out of the sun. Plenty of seating areas. Cabana room with couch/ TV/coffee table to change or just relax

Amazing Resort Pool

This pool has everything. It is one of a kind, custom made pool. Along with the pool and the hot tub, there are other amenities like a bar area with grill and a refrigerator, changing room, bathroom, shaded area, sunny area and even a chill out room if you want to escape the heat. The deck is amazing, decorated with a hand made pergola, waterfall and flowers. There is nothing else like it. Because this is such a special pool, there are often several parties vying for the same time slot. If you submit a request for the pool, and your request is accepted, please respond within 24 hours to confirm that you are taking the pool. Finally, I need to be respectful of the neighbors. When submitting a request for a time slot, please address my concerns about having an event considerate of the neighbors.

Dear Guests, We hope you enjoy your time at the pool! We are located on a family-friend residential block in Staten Island, with plenty of street parking available, (refraining from blocking neighbors’ driveways of course!) As of June 1st each year, a Port-a-Potty is accessible on the premises. Kindly note, this amenity is serviced weekly by a third-party company, and the pool owners are not responsible for it’s maintenance. ***Rules/guidelines will be sent to you after you book, that you must read and respond in agreement to, prior to arriving for your reservation. Please be mindful that there are NO lifeguards on the premises; therefore adults (18+) must supervise children and young adults at all times. We hope you will treat our pool and property like your own, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Rockaway Beach Oasis!

Rock, Rock, Rockaway Beach is where it's at! We welcome you and your guest(12 and over) to our private little slice of the Caribbean in our heated saltwater pool and spa. Activities include volleyball net, floats and balls. The beautiful ivory travertine pavers absorb the coolness of the earth beneath them, not the hot sun overhead, so they'll stay cool and comfortable under your bare feet even on the hottest days. We are a short walk to the beach so make it a beach & BBQ pool day! We offer plenty of seating, 2 car private parking, complimentary cooler with ice, complimentary bathroom with a shower, towels, bluetooth speakers and so much more. Inground salt water pool heated to 88 degrees and can be heated more on cool days or less on hot days. Pets allowed around the pool area not inside the pool. Full bathroom inside the home with private basement entrance, BBQ grill available as an upgrade. No glass by the pool. We are pretty open so please be fully transparent for the type of gathering you may be having, sorry no events, no ticket sales, no gathering involving nudity and no explicit adult acts. No DJs. It is a residential neighborhood. Sorry no sharp objects by the pool as you would be liable. Fun, sun and good vibes is all we ask! 2 hour minimum booking. Any person renting this pool and yard agrees that host or any of the hosts entities and/or property owners can not be held liable in civil and/or criminal court for any injuries sustained on property. Swimmer booking must have a profile pic, bio & completed verification through the profile tab. Furniture: 2 person Daybed 6 person dining set 6 person couch 2 Person sun lounger.

Enjoy our resort like backyard oasis!

Our resort like beautiful heated pool and backyard can be yours for a while! We have a semi private suburban oasis with lots of mature landscaping. Steps lead down to a stone patio with 2 tables with chairs and one oversized umbrella. We have 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing and several pool floats. The hot tub is not available for Swimply guests. Please respect our home and rules.
