We are a short walk to the beach so make it a beach & BBQ pool day! We offer plenty of seating, 2 car private parking, complimentary cooler with ice, complimentary bathroom with a shower, towels, bluetooth speakers and so much more. Inground salt water pool heated to 88 degrees and can be heated more on cool days or less on hot days. Pets allowed around the pool area not inside the pool. Full bathroom inside the home with private basement entrance, BBQ grill available as an upgrade. No glass by the pool. We are pretty open so please be fully transparent for the type of gathering you may be having, sorry no events, no ticket sales, no gathering involving nudity and no explicit adult acts. No DJs. It is a residential neighborhood. Sorry no sharp objects by the pool as you would be liable. Fun, sun and good vibes is all we ask! 2 hour minimum booking. Any person renting this pool and yard agrees that host or any of the hosts entities and/or property owners can not be held liable in civil and/or criminal court for any injuries sustained on property. Swimmer booking must have a profile pic, bio & completed verification through the profile tab. Furniture: 2 person Daybed 6 person dining set 6 person couch 2 Person sun lounger.
