About the pool

A luxury space located less than 10 miles from NYC. Featuring a heated pool (kept 78-82) Sonos system, plenty of seating and ample parking. Clean and pristine, this pool beckons and will keep you entertained for hours. Our guests have called our backyard oasis "a vibe," and that’s exactly what it is.

Heated Pool

If you like the pool a bit warmer(kept at 78-84 degrees), you can enjoy water in the high 80s. I do need at minimum 4 hours notice for this amenity.

Please note I do provide a Sonos sound system, this features Apple Music, Pandora and Spotify. You cannot use personal accounts or playlists. This is a free amenity and we do our best to ensure it works at all times but if WiFi goes down or an app disconnects we are not responsible for this.

DO NOT PARK IN OR IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY. YOUR BOOKING IS FROM THE RESERVATION START TIME TILL END TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS, you must be off site with everyone and everything at the end of your booking. No diving. No use of the home other than 1 bathroom, please remind your guests to bring towels, as they are NOT provided. Please note, you must dry off before entering the home, this is my residence and it must be respected. (Kitchen rental and/or indoor finished basement is an additional fee.. )...
