Pool is not heated so make sure to check in to see what the current temps are. In the summer usually 84-86 degrees. Plenty of seating and room for tables and chairs if you're looking to book a special party. There is a side yard for drop offs of any rental equipment.. We have a beautiful, sparkling rock pool with jacuzzi, waterslide, waterfall, and a baja. Our home has two outside bathrooms with showers right by the pool; no need to disturb us for bathroom use. We have a large canopy, tables, and chairs, and plenty of space available for larger parties throughout the year. Currently due to the weather the pool water is on the colder side; please add the heater amenity if you want it warm or message me first to know the temperature of the water which changes day to day. Our spacious backyard is also available for parties or any other event that does not include the pool. 30 minutes before and after reservation can be allowed to decorate/set-up and pick up/clean for larger events if needed.
