About the pool

This Pebble Tec salt water Solar heated heated pool (usually between 80°-90° in summer or 80°- 86° during winter) is perfect for fun gatherings or just a couples getaway. Great place to swim in privacy while feeling like you’re on vacation. We get late afternoon nice ocean breeze. Pool is great for little ones who aren’t sure of a pool yet and just learning to swim with the baja reef being 1 Ft. or just relax on available floaties. Enjoy the shade in lunge area while watching outdoor TV/music or can use your own music through Bluetooth to UNITY ORB speakers. Enjoy lunch/dinner or snacks at the dining table, (seats 8 people). Pool lighting and outdoor lighting available. Enjoy the night by sitting around the fire pit. If wanting a party more than 10 guest please contact me. If having an evening gathering we offer outdoor heating on patio during colder months.

I don’t charge extra for the heated pool, spa year round, tv/music, pool toys, fire pit, or use of Ice chest. BBq is only $15 extra for cleaning & disposing of grease drippings.

Pool is Solar heated. (If hasn’t reached 80° we turn pool heater on, Included in your hourly rate)

Can relax in covered lounge area watching tv or listen to music in the shade or while in pool/spa.

No smoking of any kind, no drugs. No glass, No animals. All infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers. Please keep paper/napkins safe from blowing into pool. Cleanup after. No loud music after 10pm. If applying sunscreen please allow 15-20 min before entering pool. Helps keep lotion and oils from buildup and closing pool down for maintenance. Thank you 😊
