Heated Pool
Pool is heated to 80°F for a flat fee for the duration of your reservation. 4 hour reservation required for this amenity. In cold weather, advance notice is needed to heat the pool. It takes 3-4 hours to get the pool from 50°F to 80°F.

Hot Tub
Spa is heated to 102°F. 2 hours minimum reservation is required for this amenity. No advance notice is needed to heat the spa.

Dual Fireplace
The dual fireplace will be on for the duration of your reservation, for an hourly rate.
Outdoor Furniture
Pool & Spa Area: 2 - 4 umbrellas above pool & spa. Pool Lounging Area: 4 chaise lounges + 3 end tables + 2 umbrellas Dining Area by the Grill: Dining table + 6 dining chairs + 2 large area umbrellas. Seating Area: Love seat + 2 full chairs + coffee table + 2 side tables + 2 foldable chairs. Total free seating avaiable: 16 There is plenty of space, feel free to bring your beach chairs for a large party over 20. Additional party furniture available as premium amenities.

Grill
Located by the dining area, a 7 Burner Natural gas KitchenAide outdoor grill is available for you to use. The appliance is equipped with electric igniter, sear zone and a side burner. Grilling utensils are available as well as a nearby trash can. Please clean up after yourself.
Pool Toys
Pool toys are set up, feel free to use what you like. You may put them on artificial turf after use. Please do not take pool toys home.
