We are offering a mid-size heated pool that can comfortably fit up to 12 kids or 8-10 adults, a 2-3 person hot tub, lots of pool toys, a private bathroom/shower and a private outdoor patio that can accommodate about 15-20 people in addition to the 12 in the pool. The pool and patio space is perfect for a pleasant gathering of friends and family while others swim. The pool house has the option to open up 1 whole side of the building so that all guests can interact whether inside or outside. It’s a unique opportunity to be inside with 1 side open to the outside. It’s perfect for parents with younger kids to avoid sunburn or to keep the garage doors down for a steamy warm environment. There are numerous spaces for people to gather outside without the worry of getting wet! Food can ONLY be eaten OUTSIDE of the pool house. NO food OR snacks consumed inside. There is a free outside space for eating. There is a COVERED patio for an extra cost which is separate from the open/free patio. Please be mindful to enter & exit at reserved time. Allow yourself enough time to be ready to exit at reserved time. Pricing: F-Sun $70 p hour includes 5 guests. There is an additional $5 per guest per hour if more than 5 guests. All people on the property count as guests whether they swim or not. All guests agree that the pool and property are used at their own responsibility and or risk. M-Thurs is 10% off. Use of the hot tub, shower, outdoor picnic table & outside patio is included in the price.
