The pool and patio space is perfect for a pleasant gathering of friends and family while others swim. The pool house has the option to open up 1 whole side of the building so that all guests can interact whether inside or outside. It’s a unique opportunity to be inside with 1 side open to the outside. It’s perfect for parents with younger kids to avoid sunburn or to keep the garage doors down for a steamy warm environment. There are numerous spaces for people to gather outside without the worry of getting wet! Food can ONLY be eaten OUTSIDE of the pool house. NO food OR snacks consumed inside. There is a free outside space for eating. There is a COVERED patio for an extra cost which is separate from the open/free patio. Please be mindful to enter & exit at reserved time. 90° Saltwater pool with party room 🥳

On Mt Scott in Happy Valley, swim in our 90° heated indoor saltwater pool. Newly renovated in April 2022. This unique pool was actually built inside the home. Step out to our beautiful large yard and patio with lounge chairs facing west so great sun till sunset. The pool room is kept around 80° and the party room has separate climate. Pool not visible to owner or neighbors so very private and on a private driveway with lots of parking. Birthday parties welcome in the party room, add on charge. For large parties, I find 3 hours or more is perfect, 2.5 is still good. Please do your best to arrive and depart on time to allow me to clean for the next guest. No food in the swimming pool room, please add the party room if you plan on lunch etc. Please arrive before your guests. I have life jackets but feel free to bring your own. Extended hours on request. Interior space with party room about 2000 sq. feet. All guests count including non swimmers.

WEEKEND BOOKINGS SAT and SUN - 2 HR Minimum. Secluded backyard next to protected green space. Feels very private and is surrounded by trees. The pool is heated and temperatures will be kept at 90 degrees, very comfortable to swim in even in colder temperatures. The guest house bathroom is available for use with a shower, fridge, and oven. The guest house is heated, perfect place to change on cold days. You are welcome to use pool and toy/floats. We have lots of life jackets and swim diapers available to use. Feel free to relax on any of our patio furniture, outdoor tables, sun loungers. We have new pool loungers and furniture.
