Luxury Indoor Pool

We can’t wait to host you! Enjoy any celebration at our indoor pool. Great for birthday parties, evening dips, or everyday swims! In the summer, there is no air conditioning! Indoor swimming pools have variables and climate demands, unlike any other type of building or space. Air conditioners are unfit for the moisture removal rates and energy efficiency needed to manage a natatorium. While our pool is heated, we do have to turn the heat on if you choose to purchase heat. Please note that you must book at least 24 hours (or 3 days in winter months) prior so we can ensure the pool is heated. We do remind you our pool is a pool (not a hot tub)! If you book day of, without heat, please note your booking may be canceled if the pool water is not above 80 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the pool is warm enough per the Red Cross Association heating guidelines. Our bathrooms are paper-free please do not put anything in our toilet, if it clogs you’ll be subjected to a fine of up to $1,000. This does mean no toilet paper, and absolutely no wipes or flushable wipes! If we find Flushable wipes we will charge the fee as we will have to call a plumber to remove them. NO excessively loud music. NO “ragers”, this is a family community. Any call to the police is immediate dismissal from our property with no refund. Total guests are calculated by total number of people in the space (not just for swimmers!) Parking is required for parties of 15+ if majority of guests are dropped off. Party hours are as follows: - 10 guests: 2 hour minimum - 15 guests: 3 hour minimum - 20+ guests: 4 hour minimum No refunds at any time.

We have a large pool perfect for small parties, family pool days or even for private lessons.

Quiet, beautiful, rejuvenating

In a quiet neighborhood with houses on big plots of land, our pool and yard back up to a beautiful preserve. The pool area is relatively secluded, and includes comfortable patio furniture and a gazebo with a table for dining. You are also welcome to use our floats and toys, and there is a fire pit space in the yard. We spray, so there are few bugs! Also, the pool is professionally maintained, so the chemicals are never out of balance. The deepest part of the pool is about 5 feet (in the middle). There is an underwater bench, as well. Please note that the hot tub does not get hot. It is connected to the main pool. We can, however, turn on the jets if you like. Also, please message (via the Swimply app) if you plan to arrive more than a 10 minutes early. We have dogs (friendly, but loud and jumpy!) that are often in the yard and I want to make sure they are put away before you arrive!

WARM SUBURBAN POOL WITH A SANDY BEACH THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

NO CICADAS HERE!!!! You don’t have to worry about crowds or cold water here. We keep our pool warm, 87 degrees, so you can enjoy it even when it’s cool outside. Also have an option if u want it even warmer. We have a sandy area for kids to play too. Very private. Separate hot tub and beautiful sunroom avail for extra fee. Pool toys, towels, folding tables and chairs also available for extra. Please dry yourself off before coming into house and please only one person at a time unless you’re helping a little one. We do have a bathroom outside by the pool but the toilet isn’t working. But there is room to change in there if needed. Also we have a bucket in the shower that boys can use, if you want. It’s a little easier than going into house. Lol Please no nudity or very loud music. No loitering around house. You must stay in fenced pool area unless your are renting other facilities.
