Indoor Heated Pool, Private Pond & One-Acre Nature Retreat

A one-of-a-kind private escape in Lake Forest featuring a heated indoor saltwater pool with fountains and signature in-pool swings, plus a private one-acre outdoor setting with pond views, wildlife, open lawn space, and optional add-on experiences. This is more than a pool rental — it’s the best of both worlds: a weatherproof indoor pool house and a peaceful outdoor nature retreat all in one private property. The indoor saltwater pool is heated year-round, making it perfect for family time, birthdays, girls’ days, small celebrations, wellness-style gatherings, or simply a fun change of scenery. Guests love the fountain features, warm water, and in-pool swings, which make the space feel playful, memorable, and unlike a typical pool rental. But the pool is only part of what makes this property special. Set on approximately one private acre, the outdoor space gives guests room to spread out, relax, and enjoy a completely different side of the experience. The property includes a private pond, shaded seating, an outdoor swing, peaceful views, open lawn space, and local wildlife throughout the season. The private pond creates a calm, nature-filled backdrop that feels worlds away from everyday life. Depending on the season, guests may see turtles, frogs, ducks, songbirds, and the occasional blue heron. The expansive lawn also offers flexibility for outdoor dining, lawn games, a bouncy house, volleyball, pickleball, yoga, wellness activities, or extra room for guests to mingle and enjoy the property. We love hosting and take pride in creating an experience that feels elevated, welcoming, and easy to enjoy from the moment you arrive.
