Gorgeous Estate with heated pool

A beautiful home in the North Shore area perfect for a fun pool and patio gathering.   We have three outdoor dining tables and a sofa set, access to barbecue grills with extra fee for gas, heat lamps for an extra fee, and lots of steps that are great for sitting as well. Please note, we do not allow DJs  and really loud music. We provide one nice restroom  that opens to the backyard and patio but no access to the main home without an advance reservation so we can prepare. If you want to rent  the kitchen, family room and informal dining room,  we can potentially include with advance payment and notice.  There is an entrance for all of our guests  where we will check in with our concierge. We have about 10 parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is available and a school parking lot a couple blocks away.  The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 7 feet. No lifeguard is on duty so we ask that everyone knows how to swim. Due to everyone's safety and wellbeing, we ask that you control your guests, or they will be asked to leave. We want our guests to enjoy themselves, This is a beautiful neighborhood and we like to respect the home and the neighbors in a courteous manner.
