Sitting on 1/3 of an acre our Hampton’s inspired resort backyard & pool-house is the perfect place to spend the afternoon or evening with family & friends. Our pool gets all-day sun. Our solar heated pool features deck jets, Cabo shelf and stunning night lighting. With multiple shaded patios and sunny deck we have plenty of space to relax in the shade or soak up the sun with comfortable seating. Our pool house has a refrigerator and counter space for you to set up food and drinks as well as a TV for you to enjoy. Or take advantage of our snack bar. Enjoy lawn games such as bocce ball or corn hole. Have a fun family day, host a birthday party, engagement party, girls day (or guys). Media exposure: Featured on both GoodDay Sacramento and Fox 40 multiple times. Convenience: You will be able to access the brand-new master bathroom directly from the upper patio area. *SHOWER NOT INCLUDED* Quality: This backyard was part of a very large renovation done recently. All the equipment is brand new. Pool chemicals and pH are balanced daily, stunning landscaping is maintained weekly. Privacy: After we greet you, you will have complete privacy as we will only come out if you need us. There are lots of trees and hedges surrounding the property providing lots of privacy.
