We have dedicated ourselves to creating your perfect private getaway, date night, quiet time away from the kids, sip and soak with friends or a post-workout therapeutic session.Located in the side yard with full privacy from the main house, our adjustable temperature, 3-4 person** hot tub, heats to 104°, with optional air jets. The ambiance is modern boho: strands of delicate lighting above the hot tub, candles for each evening soak, and luscious tropical fauna making you feel like you’re miles away! You have access to a Bluetooth speaker, loungers, and Adirondack chairs for chilling outside of the tub, and of course, a beautiful hot/cold outdoor shower surrounded by lush climbing jasmine and hanging plants. For an additional fee, we can set up a cold plunge tub for anyone interested in the healing and rejuvenating qualities of this amenity. This water can be either cool, cold, or ice-cold, depending on your preference. The hot tub, shower, and lounge/cabana area is disinfected between each booking. ** If you are a group of 4, we find that it gets a little crowded if all 4 are in the water at once. Our solar heated pool features deck jets, Cabo shelf and stunning night lighting. With multiple shaded patios and sunny deck we have plenty of space to relax in the shade or soak up the sun with comfortable seating. Our pool house has a refrigerator and counter space for you to set up food and drinks as well as a TV for you to enjoy. Or take advantage of our snack bar. Enjoy lawn games such as bocce ball or corn hole. Have a fun family day, host a birthday party, engagement party, girls day (or guys). Convenience: You will be able to access the master bathroom directly from the pool area. *SHOWER NOT INCLUDED*! Quality: This backyard was part of a very large renovation done recently. All the equipment is brand new. Pool chemicals and pH are balanced weekly, landscaping is maintained weekly. Privacy: You will have complete privacy as I will only come out if you need me. There are lots of trees surrounding the property along with a tall fence on top of the back wall for added privacy. The blinds in the house will be down. There are security cameras. Please arrive no earlier than the start of your reservation and leave no later than your check out time. There is limited time between bookings for me to clean up for the next guest. *PLEASE READ ALL POOL RULES BELOW.*

Service (re)visit pending scheduling. ** Amazing tropical oasis in Sacramento, CA. Beautiful custom black bottom Pebble Tec surfaced pool featuring a large baja shelf and surrounded by tropical plants and majestic palm trees. Large yard with lush green grass and ample shade when you want to get out of the sun. ** Request 2 hour minimum. Foothills Shangri-La

This pool yard is completely private. The fenced in area is over a 1/4 acre, offering panoramic views of Folsom Lake and the Sacramento Valley. Huge pool with grotto, sports area with professional basketball hoop. Three waterfalls and jumping off the grotto. Outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, hot tub, and huge gas fire pit. There are sofas in the shade under the pergola. We have a chaise lounge daybed that you may use but we allow only two people at a time. We ask that you use a towel as we do not want sunscreen on the daybed cushions. Children under the age of 15 may not use the chaise lounge.
