A little about the host and home: I am the 4th owner of this almost 100 year old craftsman home and last fall undertook this major renovation - an at-home hydrotherapy entertainment cabana, a dog-friendly turf yard, and a fenced in chicken run for my friendly hens who might pop over to say hello. I use this tub myself often for hydrotherapy (autoimmune arthritis), so I care that it is in pristine condition at all times... This is my therapy too! **PLEASE NOTE**. If you turn the jet setting up to high and also open one or both air valves (they are marked with AC), you may experience foam. This is due to air bubbles and can be made worse if there is any lotion/detergent/sunscreen/deodorant - please come showered! Please do NOT park in the adjacent driveway - this is my neighbor’s driveway. There is only street parking available for guests.

This listing also includes access to *all* amenities: A commercial-style built in Blaze brand gas grill, an Ooni brand propane-powered pizza oven. A built-in drink refrigerator, and trampoline, ping-pong table and swing set. We are also happy to offer a beautiful large gazebo with shaded comfortable seating for 8+ with and outdoor sofa, and four extra chairs. One side of the gazebo is the stunning white rock wood-burning fireplace with the first two bundles of wood included; along with marshmallow roasting sticks. There's also a glass Pottery Barn dining table with four chairs, plus a bench to seat an addition 3-4 people. Relax next to the pool with two cushy lounge chairs and a swinging egg chair. There's dedicated bathroom access with a sink and toilet and room to change. It’s accessible only from the pool deck area so it's private. 1.5 hour minimum weekdays. 2 hour minimum weekends. The sun starts shining on the pool at 11:00am. We are in proximity to neighbors who can understand that we rent our pool on Swimply, but who also hope you’ll help your kids not scream for the duration of the event 😊 We truly appreciate any extra effort on your part so we can keep our Swimply up and running.
