Stunning Pool Party Oasis With Everything Included - Private Restroom!

Absolutely gorgeous very large heated (85 degrees) pool with diving board and in-ground hot-tub (103 degrees). This listing also includes access to *all* amenities: A commercial-style built in Blaze brand gas grill, an Ooni brand propane-powered pizza oven. A built-in drink refrigerator, and trampoline, ping-pong table and swing set. We are also happy to offer a beautiful large gazebo with shaded comfortable seating for 8+ with and outdoor sofa, and four extra chairs. One side of the gazebo is the stunning white rock wood-burning fireplace with the first two bundles of wood included; along with marshmallow roasting sticks. There's also a glass Pottery Barn dining table with four chairs, plus a bench to seat an addition 3-4 people. Relax next to the pool with two cushy lounge chairs and a swinging egg chair. There's dedicated bathroom access with a sink and toilet and room to change. It’s accessible only from the pool deck area so it's private. 1.5 hour minimum weekdays. 2 hour minimum weekends. The sun starts shining on the pool at 11:00am. We are in proximity to neighbors who can understand that we rent our pool on Swimply, but who also hope you’ll help your kids not scream for the duration of the event 😊 We truly appreciate any extra effort on your part so we can keep our Swimply up and running.
