Right off college drive on the Suffolk/Portsmouth line by the coast guard training facility. Come kick back and enjoy our very large yard with privacy fencing, tall shrubs, a fan-cooled screened porch with access to a large full bathroom, Adirondack chairs, and a slide!! For smaller groups, we typically meet you when you arrive if possible, show you around, and disappear. For larger parties (20+) we are in and out to make sure you’re all set. If you plan to use the grill, please review Swimply’s grill instruction sheet. If you’re having a party, be sure to review Swimply’s party policies. They do require us to be home for parties of 10+. Jumbo connect 4, cornhole, and jumbo jenga are available, as well as the propane grill, fire pit, and blue glass fire table, for an extra fee. The space can accommodate large parties, and extra tables are available when selected as an added amenity. Check out the new VIP area! The booking host will need to review the guidelines and expectations. The pool area should be cleaned up and empty at the time you’ve scheduled. The pool has great adjustable nighttime lighting and glows when illuminated. Each person yes EVERY SINGLE PERSON that comes through the property gate needs to be booked and paid for, whether they stay the entire time, come late, etc. This fee covers damage to the lawn, use of facilities, and loss of use of our backyard while your party is present. Please Note: PARTIES WITH ANY SLOPPY DRUNK PEOPLE WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE PARTY ENDING. Have a drink or two and have a great time while being safe.
