At more than 40k gallons, this over-sized pool is perfect for your gathering! With only 1-story homes on each side, a privacy fence, and minimal windows from inside, you’re sure to have plenty of privacy. Sunny days are followed by relaxing shade in the late afternoon. Lots of seating available.

Not huge, but a good size. If you look at the photos, you should be able to see it to the left of the bench-sest, (up against the house).. It has smooth rolling caster wheels, so you can easily relocate it wherever is most convenient for you.

Loud/profane music is NOT allowed. PLEASE be mindful of the fact that this is a family neighborhood. Guests are to enter/exit the property promptly - NO loitering in the street. Do not leave trash in my neighbors’ yards. Do not handle pool equipment such as lights or chlorine floats, etc.
