Enjoy the excitement as the kids or the young at heart jump off the 6 foot waterfall, bounce on the trampoline, or swing on the playscape. This is the perfect place for your special occasion…birthday party, family reunion, girls’ get-away, or just much needed time with your family and friends. Our large, 44’ x 28’ pool boasts a spacious sundeck with an umbrella and lighted bubbler, multiple benches, and 6-8 person hot tub. The pool faces west so there is lots of sun, but also lots of shade available from our gazebo and umbrellas. Sit by the firepit or under the gazebo and admire the abundant flowers and the butterflies and hummingbirds they attract. Walk down to the river, play our pool side games or set-up your own….there’s plenty of room! In the evenings, the sunsets are breathtaking and the string lights are magical. There is something for everyone! We have a tent bathroom with a flushing toilet by the pool for your convenience.  It's a wonderful space for a day of relaxing, a small, private get together or a celebration. A residential pool and spa in NW Austin suburbs. Well maintained, cleaned salt water pool with waterfall. Outdoor fridge for your beverages! Patio table and chairs plus a sun umbrella and gravity chair. The spa is a separate section (with the waterfall) and is not a hot tub (but your rental will contribute to our Buy a Spa Heater Fund!)

Ultimate relaxation and privacy! Kidney-shaped pool, Yeti cooler, pool noodles, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. 4 loungers with shade umbrella, 3 seater outdoor couch, 2 Adirondack chairs, 4 seat dining table. Very private as the pool is on our 2-acre gated and fenced lot. Great for families and large groups. Pets are allowed in the pool but we ask that long-haired shedding breeds get brushed beforehand. Pool rules are posted. Keep music, etc. at a respectful level. Sound travels in the hills!
