The pool and pool house are tucked away on 4 secluded acres, approximately 200 feet from our home, with no nearby neighbors overlooking the space. Perched on a hill, you’ll enjoy beautiful Hill Country views and a peaceful setting that’s perfect for relaxing or celebrating. Indoor Features: * Fully equipped, air-conditioned pool house * Comfortable living area * Full kitchen with cookware, dishes, and grilling utensils * Large dining table * Bathroom with shower * Full-size refrigerator * Yeti-style cooler Outdoor Features: * Private pool with Hill Country views * Covered patio with couches and large-screen TV * Two oversized cabana beds * Outdoor seating and dining tables * Umbrellas for shade * Pool floats and toys * Fresh towels provided * Ample parking * Additional folding tables and chairs for larger gatherings * Optional gas grill add-on Perfect for birthdays, family get-togethers, graduation parties, team celebrations, girls’ days, or simply relaxing with friends and family. Because of the exceptional privacy, clothing-optional swimming is welcome if your group chooses. The pool area is not visible from neighboring properties or our home. Weekend Policy (May–September): Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday reservations are reserved for groups of 20 or more guests. Smaller groups are welcome on weekdays. Reservations that do not meet this minimum may be declined. Please Note: We do not permit ticketed or publicly promoted events.
