The Private Resort (Not a backyard pool)

This unique private 20x40 pool and cabana has road frontage on a private dead end road. There are several neighboring houses on this road so please keep noise at respectable levels. Wonderful place to spend time relaxing or gathering with friends. The covered cabana overlooks the pool and restroom. Includes ceiling fans, tables, seating area & 7 lounge chairs, 50" SMART TV, open style kitchen bar area with full size refrigerator, gas grill and restroom, all located on a tract of land that backs up to acres of woods. We realize most of our guests are honest and follow the rules but for those who don't follow rules we are reminding them of this in advance. MANDANTORY RULES: Items listed below are Strictly enforced. If you are breaking any of these strictly enforced rules we will notify you first, if no response we will come to the pool to address the issue with you, then if not corrected your booking will be cancelled without a refund and you must leave immediately. 1-NO PETS ALLOWED 2-IT IS IMPORTANT TO LIST THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS (EVEN THE ONES THAT AREN'T GOING TO SWIM). WHETHER YOU SWIM OR NOT YOU ARE COUNTED AS PART OF THE GROUP. 3- IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN LISTED WITH YOUR RESERVATION YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND AND YOU MUST LEAVE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA GUESTS. 4-If we need to verify guest total, we will come down to the pool. 5-It is important to communicate and pay for the extra time you stay, it is Disrespectful and unacceptable not to respond after your time runs out. 6-If you don't leave within a few minutes of your time ending we will come down to tell you to leave in person. 7-slide is for supervised kids and those under 125 lbs. 8-All Renters Must be willing to agree to sign a pool rental agreement in order to rent. 9-DO NOT ENTER THE WOODS, THAT AREA IS OFF LIMITS.

The Flamingo

Our pool has a 3ft shallow end and 10ft deep end with diving board. It’s perfect for family cookouts or just a relaxing day. There is an outdoor kitchen w/ grill and fridge. We have a Sunroom with bar, refrigerator, pizza oven, hot dog steamer and hot tub that are available at additional charge. No restroom available as of now however if a necessity we will provide.

Extra Large Mountain View Pool With Slide & Diving Board

This extra large pool also has a large tanning ledge that is great for smaller kids to use like a kiddle pool. The tanning ledge is about 1-2 feet of water, while the shallow end is about 3-4 feet of water, and the deep end is up to 8 feet of water. There is also a swim-out bench for four in the deep-end that has many jets. The restroom is on the back of the house, so you don't have to go through the house to use it. You may not bring your own floats or noodles because that causes algae to get in the pool when floats and noodles have been in other pools, lakes, or the ocean. Don't want to cook or go to the grocery store? Message me for food preparation services for an additional fee - we can prepare what you bring or we can create your menu!

Backyard Oasis

We offer an 18 x 43 pool with a water slide, diving board, and basketball goal. For additional fees, we have a fire pit that seats 6, a hot tub that seats 5 with private patio for 7, a fire pit that seats 6, gas grill, corn hole boards, yard pong, badminton, volleyball, pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, 70” TV, and outdoor movie. We are situated on an acre surrounded by woods that make you feel like you are escaping into the mountains! Hours are 8am-8pm
