The Private Resort (not A Backyard Pool)

Unique private 20x40 pool and cabana, road frontage on a private dead end road. There are several neighboring houses on this road so please keep noise at respectable levels. Wonderful place to spend time relaxing or gathering with friends. The covered cabana overlooks the pool and restroom. Includes ceiling fans, tables, seating area & 7 lounge chairs, 50" SMART TV, open style kitchen bar area with full size refrigerator, gas grill and restroom, all located on a tract of land that backs up to acres of woods. Recently, we purchased an RV, located behind the pool and started renting out a treehouse located in the woods (Airbnb rental). Please DO NOT attempt to go near these properties as they are not part of the swimming pool rental. We realize most of our guests are honest and follow the rules but for those who may need to be reminded please read the rules listed below. MANDANTORY RULES: Items listed below are Strictly enforced. If you are breaking any of these strictly enforced rules we will notify you first, if no response we will come to the pool to address the issue with you, then if not corrected your booking will be cancelled without a refund and you must leave immediately. 1-NO PETS ALLOWED 2-ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG, ALCOHOL USE OR MARIJUANA/WEED USE. 3-IT IS IMPORTANT TO LIST THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS (EVEN THE ONES THAT AREN'T GOING TO SWIM). WHETHER YOU SWIM OR NOT YOU ARE COUNTED AS PART OF THE GROUP. 4- IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN LISTED WITH YOUR RESERVATION YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND AND YOU MUST LEAVE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA GUESTS. 5-If we need to verify guest total, we will come down to the pool. 6-It is important to communicate and pay for the extra time you stay, it is Disrespectful and unacceptable not to respond after your time runs out. 7-If you don't leave within a few minutes of your time ending we will come down to tell you to leave in person. 8-slide is for supervised kids and those under 125 lbs. 9-Don…
