Tropical Paradise Escape!

Beautiful, clean pool in a tropical resort like setting. You'll feel like you're away on vacation with gorgeous flowers, decor, and comfortable seating throughout. Relax on a comfortable lounge chair or shaded seating, enjoy a meal at the table and chairs, or relax in a swing. You will feel like you're in paradise. Large inground pool in a yard that gets lots of sunlight if you like to bathe in the sun. Maximum guests is 6, I do not do kids party's or large groups. If you have a problem booking thru the app you can also message me at: seven eight one, six zero eight, two six seven eight. The app can be glitchy!

Hidden gem

Come relax, unwind, have fun and/or swim in our well maintained, heated, salt water pool surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. Enjoy some food around the pool or on our patio where we have many chairs and tables, most with umbrellas. Listen to some music on our outdoor Bluetooth speakers. We have a poolside basketball hoop, life vests, various floats, cornhole set and more. Our goal is to provide our guests with an experience that they won’t forget and one they will want to do again and again.

Arlington Oasis and Large Yard

I still have weekend availability, message me for availability!!!! Welcome to my pool! My pool and yard is perfect for any small groups to hang out and enjoy the day. You can play cornhole, connect 4 or jenga in the large backyard. Or you can play wiffleball or basketball in the pool. I have various floats and toys for children. I also have plenty of chairs and seats. The bathroom is located in the basement of the main residence which has its own entrance/exit so you will not have to cut through the main part of the house. The large yard and space is perfect for parties including birthday parties, baby showers, etc. I can set up a canopy and more tables if needed and also can provide 2 coolers for large parties only. Their is also a refrigerator in the basement that can be used upon request only. The yard has plenty of sun and shade to relax.

80-degree Pool w/ Golfcourse View (by Rt1)

Conveniently located near Rt. 1 in Peabody, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool temp. is set to ~80 degrees, which is comfortable but still *cool* and refreshing for a summer day. There's also a patio table w/ umbrella, that has seating for four. And also an outdoor couch on the deck. The pool typically is shaded by trees up until around 2-3pm. The late afternoon sun usually drenches the pool in sunlight until the evening. The adjacent yard has a soccer net, tetherball, and a hammock that fits one person. We have a fire pit if you want to make s'mores. (please bring your supplies and wood). We also have a dog bean bag and a dog/kiddie pool, if you want to bring your furry friend. No pets in the pool, please. There's also a small privacy tent for changing into your bathing suit, if needed.

Private Heated Pool with Hot Tub

Come relax and enjoy our beautiful inground pool. The hot tub is heated to 100 degrees and is located on our deck. We have plenty of floats, cornhole, and outdoor jenga for your enjoyment. Plenty of space, tables, coolers, and seating to relax around the pool. We also have a tent to change into your bathing suit. There are color changing lights for evening enjoyment. Bluetooth enabled stereo system for outdoor music enjoyment. We allow up to two dogs in our yard as long as you message us but they can not go into the pool. Minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5 hours.

Fun Billerica Family Pool

Large 20x40 pool and backyard for a small or large groups. Kids and pets are welcomed to play around the open space. Enjoy the sun or shade by the pool or games in the green area. Fun space for a group of friends or families. Pool area and bathroom are cleaned before and after guests. Pool temp is about 74 degrees throughout the summer. Pool heater brings up temp to 80. Reservations must be 2hr minimum for pool heater to be turned on. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
