Gorgeous heated backyard pool with privacy

All kids in the group should know swimming. 2 Hour minimum. On Weekdays, 1.5 hour bookings are possible, please send an enquiry. Please park in the curb cut. After the recent heat wave, the water is very warm. Please do not let Kids jump off the waterfall rock or hang onto the rocks. Those activities are prohibited for safety reasons. We have a beautiful, pristine, heated pool with a slide and hot tub. We are not looking to host big parties. No glass and no alcohol. Usually we host 1-3 families looking to have fun family swim for 2-3 hours. We are fine hosting kids birthday parties as long as the kids know swimming. You are welcome to get cakes and balloons. Please do not get glitter and other decorations that can get into the pool. Please use the restroom as needed. We have cameras outside and inside the house but not inside the restroom. We have free pool heating. Now even with the heating, it will be 82-83 F. The hot tub can be used for free but if you want the hot tub water heated to 100F then please check the amenity. Usually swimmers congregate in the hot tub and it is best to check that feature. For weather issues, we are flexible and can reschedule till the time of the event. If because of inclement weather, you need to cancel and you are within the 3 day window, we can reschedule the booking to a time slot beyond the 3 day window and then you can cancel.

Beautiful, clean pool in a tropical resort like setting. You'll feel like you're away on vacation with gorgeous flowers, decor, and comfortable seating throughout. Relax on a comfortable lounge chair or shaded seating, enjoy a meal at the table and chairs, or relax in a swing. You will feel like you're in paradise. Large inground pool in a yard that gets lots of sunlight if you like to bathe in the sun. Maximum guests is 6, I do not do kids party's or large groups. Large in-ground vinyl liner pool. Clean and well-maintained by a professional service. Very private! Perfect for family fun or swim lessons. We are excited to welcome back our many happy renters for our fifth season! Direct entry through the garage to a newly renovated bathroom.

Hidden gem

Come relax, unwind, have fun and/or swim in our well maintained, heated, salt water pool surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. Enjoy some food around the pool or on our patio where we have many chairs and tables, most with umbrellas. Listen to some music on our outdoor Bluetooth speakers. We have a poolside basketball hoop, life vests, various floats, cornhole set and more. Our goal is to provide our guests with an experience that they won’t forget and one they will want to do again and again.

Unwind while floating in our spotless, refreshing pool surrounded by nature. Sit in a chaise lounge and enjoy your children's laughter, splashing, and play. Lovely pool with loads of enjoyable floats and equipment. Sit by the pool on lounge chairs or on the deck with impeccable views of nature.

Arlington Oasis and Large Yard

I still have weekend availability, message me for availability!!!! Welcome to my pool! My pool and yard is perfect for any small groups to hang out and enjoy the day. You can play cornhole, connect 4 or jenga in the large backyard. Or you can play wiffleball or basketball in the pool. I have various floats and toys for children. I also have plenty of chairs and seats. The bathroom is located in the basement of the main residence which has its own entrance/exit so you will not have to cut through the main part of the house. The large yard and space is perfect for parties including birthday parties, baby showers, etc. I can set up a canopy and more tables if needed and also can provide 2 coolers for large parties only. Their is also a refrigerator in the basement that can be used upon request only. The yard has plenty of sun and shade to relax.
