Half Shaded Pool (Perfect Temp 👍)

Enjoy this solar heated pool, pool toys/floats, and warm solar shower. There are steps in the shallow end and one step in the deep end. I keep my pool clean, sanitary, and the pool chemicals are checked every day. There is a shade sail that covers part of the pool and patio.

Pool & Bathroom *ADD-ONS=Hot Tub,Tennis/Basketball Court*

Our home is in a lovely Scotts Valley neighborhood just a short drive from Santa Cruz and Los Gatos. You have the option to add the hot tub or tennis/basketball court to enhance your experience. All reservations include access to a nice full bathroom. You can add the shower amenity to your reservation and head straight to a restaurant in town after your reservation. Check out our other fun add-ons! Expectations: 1. Clean up after yourself. 2. Please be respectful of the volume. 3. Fees will be added for above and beyond cleaning, damage, additional time on property. 4. No diving. 5. There is a lovely bathroom. Please no peeing in the pool. 6. No glass. 7. Have fun!!

Heated Pool & Hot Tub with Beautiful Yard

Located in the beautiful part of Almaden Valley in a tranquil neighborhood. Come and enjoy a sparkling clean pool that is professionally maintained. You will find four comfortable chaise lounge chairs to rest on when you get out of the pool. From there, you will admire the newly landscaped backyard, designed by Divine Nature--you will love it. You are welcome to have breakfast or lunch on the patio with umbrellas to shelter you from the sun. We also have a newly remodeled bathroom that we sanitize after each guest. You will also find the mini fridge stocked with refreshments for you to enjoy. We heat the pool to a minimum of 84 degrees. For Memorial Day weekend, we will heat it to 86 degrees.

Resort Like Oasis Among The Oaks

Our resort like pool should make you feel like you found a swimming hole in the forest. The bottom of our pool is hand painted to look like a sandy pond. a light mossy green and tan section in the shallow end transforming into a deep green/blue oasis in the deep end. Keep cool in our solar powered pool that reaches around 70-75 degrees year round or ask for us to crank up the heat with our gas heater, at an additional cost, the night before for a more relaxing and spa like feel. Our home is located in a gated community at the base of Mount Madonna surrounded by lush greenery and 100 year old oaks trees. Summer temperatures range from the 70's to high 90's depending on the day, but since we are located a little more inland and surrounded by mountains, our home is always sunnier than our beach side neighboring communities. We live on a 6 acre property in a neighborhood with only 9 neighbors who are all very separate from one another. We are in a secluded part of Santa Cruz County so there is some wildlife that may be in the surrounding area, a lot of different birds fly overhead, we've had the occasional duck fly by or squirrel pass through the yard and every now and again the cows from next door will mosey along our fence, but not to worry! The cows are very friendly and can't get passed our gated backyard. We have two sun shaded cabanas and 6 wooden lounge chairs. We have a covered patio area with seating and a ceiling fan as well as two Large outdoor tables and 12 chairs. There is more seating down by the pool as well with a table and a bar table with stools. There are extra umbrellas and tables and chairs available for rent. We are a dog friendly and event friendly property! But our number one concern is safety and to make sure you have a good time!
