Please Read Before Contacting Host: Tropical Paradise in San Jose! 17,000 Sq. Ft, lot. Large 45 yard long, park like setting surrounded by pool, palm trees, landscaping, and tropical gardens. Ground floor of residential home is included. Certified Wildlife Habitat. Pool Heated to 80-85 degrees, Hot Tub Heated to 92-100° per request. Easy access from hwy. 101 or 85. Includes access to: bar, 2 TV's, two bathrooms, Three 10x10 Canopies, 8 Tables (already setup), 30+ Chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge, 2 coolers, (bring ice), pool toys. BBQ Grill, (bring charcoal), kitchen with Refrigerator freezer stove microwave and sink and den. Electrical hookups, pool table, Bluetooth speaker, live music/dance area. Pet friendly, dogs not allowed in pool. OK to bring: food, caterer, vendor or carry-out. No confetti filled balloons are allowed.. Charge for entry, and professional D.J.'s are not allowed. Schedule changes can be made on the app, number of guests can be changed on the app even during the event. 1/2 hour before and after is available for set up and clean up. Clorox Pool & Spa Active99 Chlorination. Please do your own clean up and haul your own trash. Enter through gate left side of driveway...

Professional D.J.'s are not allowed. A Bluetooth speaker is provided to play from your phone or device. Guests will do their own cleanup and carry away their own trash. Bring cans, bins, or bags. Promoted events, pay for alcohol, and pay-per-entry events are not allowed. Pets are allowed on the property but not in the pool. Balloons should be popped inside a bag or container. Confetti filled balloons are not allowed. Pool table (additional amenity) $300 charge for torn fabric.
