Quiet oasis

The house sits on a 1/3 of an acre the pool is 38x16 well landscaped the pool is salt water no other chemicals used clean but we do get leaves not a big deal’s! Feel free to bring beverages and food I now have a black stone grill and prep station included in the price

Midtown Pool

POOL (Peaceful Oasis Overlooking Lagoon)

NO GLASS ALLOWED Saltwater pool with both deep and shallow ends. Pool is located next to the lake with a beautiful view. You can see and hear wild life around you while relaxing in the sun or pool. There is a pool house with a restroom located next to the pool. We have multiple pool floats and toys available for use. You can listen to the radio or blue tooth to our speakers. Be advised there are 20 stairs to get to the pool, there is not handicap access. Also be aware that our municipality does not have a leash law and the neighborhood pets will occasionally come and visit, however they are friendly. We do have to adhere to a strict 7 vehicle maximum due to agreements with the neighbors as to parking on the road. NO GLASS ALLOWED!!!

Midland Oasis

Come enjoy our lovely pool just as much as we have. Bathrooms are only available inside but are required for us to be here to access inside. No lifeguard will be on duty so swim at your own risk unless you hire one. Pond is available to go fishing according to state guidelines.

The Oasis
