About the pool

The house sits on a 1/3 of an acre the pool is 38x16 well landscaped the pool is salt water no other chemicals used clean but we do get leaves not a big deal’s! Feel free to bring beverages and food I now have a black stone grill and prep station included in the price

If you have a larger group the price goes up please be responsible and respectful if you drink please be careful children must be supervised at all times. No loud music we’re not going to be disrespectful to the neighbors. I can add functions but we will be discussing that. Have a great time and relax in a private yard 420 friendly and vapes but no cigarettes.please bring your own dishes and eating utensils I have everything else
