Fees apply if you'd like to add more fun people to your party! 📶Wifi Network: Free wifi 🎶Speakers: I will get these setup for you so you can connect via bluetooth! Our neighbors have never complained about noise, so just be at a reasonable level. We can let you know if things get excessive ⛱️Umbrellas: Let us know if you would like help opening up the table Umbrellas 🫧Spa: The spa side of the pool does turn on bubbles but it can be a bit excessive. Most people like to just sit there away from the splashes & kids love it since it's shallow. It's not heated 🏊‍♀️Pool: The deep end of the pool is 6ft and gets as shallow as 3ft. Also, not heated. ☑️Pool Toys: We will provide some pool noodles for floating, but feel free to bring your own floats ⚠️Swim at your own risk: Please swim responsibly. We are not responsible for injury. Additionally, there are many sitting areas in the pool so avoid jumping in those areas as this could cause injury when landing in shallow areas 🥛Glass: Absolutely no glass near the pool due to everyone's safety. Fees apply for any broken rules as we do not want to have to drain the pool for glass shattering ☀️SunRoom/Food: 1st room inside the home is available for guests who need a break from the sun or a great place to put your food away from outdoor bugs and flies. Remember to bring your own plates/utensils for your food. The sunroom & bathroom are the only places in our home that are included with your pool rental 🧊Ice Chest: We will provide 1 ice chest if needed, but feel free to bring your own. Cans and non-glass items encouraged. If a cake or other items need to be refrigerated, please let us know as we'd be happy to help store them 🚻Bathroom: We have a half bath inside our home for your guests to use. Soap & toilet paper provided. Towel dry before coming inside from the pool to prevent any slips/falls 💦Towels: Remind your guests to bring their own beach towels. You can use ours for an extra fee 🧴Sunblock: We tend to have sunblock available for guests if needed, so please ask 🗿Tiki Torches: At night we have pool lights, outdoor lights, & tiki torches that keep mosquitos away 🔥Bonfire Pit: Bring wood for the fire pit & let us know if you need help setting it up 🚬Alcohol/Smoking: Allowed in our backyard if legal. Please be considerate & use an ashtray to avoid fires and avoid glass/know your limits when drinking.
