Welcome to the Luxurious Luhtanen Lagoon. We hope you enjoy our beautiful 20’ x 40’ heated (80 degrees) saltwater pool. While you’re here, you’ll enjoy the rush of the waterfall helping you relax and unwind. The littles can splash away on the splash pad that includes 2 fountains and is only a few inches deep. The older kids will love the curving water slide. The deepest part of the lagoon is 8’ deep. We have a few different places for your non-pool guests to sit & enjoy the surroundings. Some under the cover of a 12’ Umbrellas or recline on one of the lounge chairs. If you here for an evening swim, you’ll enjoy the color changing lights in the pool. The 3 gas torches ad the feel of the tropics. Everyone entering the pool area needs to be included in your count. The property’s outdoor areas are monitored and recorded by security system. We are a Hijab friendly space.

“Schools Out!” Summer Retreat

Our beautiful inground pool is very large (20x40), 18” to 6’ deep, and features a tanning ledge and waterfall! There is always seating for over 20 on the deck and plenty of shade. It is very private and the neighbors are used to rowdy pool goers (us!). While it is not 100% private, it’s pretty close! And the best part…it’s always warm!! This is a perfect location for a birthday party, wedding or baby shower, or any event you might want to host! The yard is huge! Many of our available hours are not listed on the app in an effort to keep it available for the family. Please clean up after yourself there is a garbage can provided outside. Please be courteous toward neighbors with noise level! Full use of patio table and chairs. As well as lounge chairs. Pool toys/floats are included. My restroom is open for your use while you’re here. No smoking in pool area and no glass bottles allowed. Please dispose of all trash before leaving. Someone over the age of 18 must be in attendance at all times. Swim at your own risk. Swim diapers required for all children not fully potty trained.
