SplashFork Pool & Spa / Grill & Grounds

Enjoy a relaxing day or evening at our beautiful pool and spa with great mountain views sitting on a private 2 1/2 acre property. The heated pool is complemented with a diving board, loungers, tables and chairs with seating for 50 people, AND an 8-10 person inground spa. Amenities also include shaded areas including a large covered deck in case of inclement weather, a human foosball court, four square volleyball court, corn hole, yard Jenga, giant connect four, ping pong, a playhouse, and much more. Also, we offer free WiFi and a pool sound system that will turn your group into a fun party! An outdoor kitchen where you can grill a feast and two fire pits to keep warm at night are available for an extra fee. Absolutely NO ticketed or paid events. Pool Oasis In The City ☀️⛱️ w/ large yard!

By the hour or for a special event, this backyard pool oasis is sure to give you incredible moments to remember! There is a new private outdoor restroom just for you and your guests (so you don't have to awkwardly enter the main house! lol). The pool is heated to 85º, has steps in the shallow end for easy access, a diving board for extra fun, plenty of covered patio space and shaded seating areas, an entertaining gas fire pit area and a large grass lawn just behind it. Enchanted Pool | Water Slides

We welcome everyone to our resort backyard. The private (you do not have to go into the house) bathroom and shower are close to the pool. The pool area is full of lounge chairs, tables and couch for your enjoyment as well as MANY pool floats and toys. We have two slides. The small white one can accommodate up to 150lbs and the grey one and big white one can accommodate up to 250 lbs. If 82 degrees feels a little chilly add on the hot tub amenity. The hot tub is 12 x 8 x 4 so you there is plenty of room to warm up if the pool is a little too chilly. Hot tub is set to 104 degrees unless a lower temp is requested. There is an abundance of pool floats and toys to use. We recently added an Air B and B, so there is a possibility of people walking up the stairs and into the Air B and B during your stay. If this does not work for you, please check to see if the Air B and B is booked before you reserve the pool. We do ask guests to stay off the balcony when the pool is in use.

Fallbook Farms Oasis

Wonderful salt water pool with a beautiful mountain view! Just the right size for some fun and relaxation and great for kids! Approximately 10’ x 23’. 4 ft deep in the shallow end and 5’7” in the deep end with a bench along the north side that kids can walk along. There is a safety ledge along the whole perimeter of the pool. Can be heated to hot tub temperature if requested ahead of time and there are jets along the sitting bench area. Swim deck has a table, patio umbrellas, chairs and lounger. Floats, toys and a volleyball net & basketball hoop available upon request. Bathroom access subject to availability. Message with requests for evening and weekend availability as we reserve that time for our family but can often accommodate a rental.

Backyard resort heated saltwater pool

Our large heated pool (typically 85-88 degrees - can adjust) is great for a family/friends get togethers! Take lap or simply play with the kids in the pool, cook up some s'mores in the fire pit, or grill dinner! We have tons of seating along with a large yard and playground. A good time is calling your name!

Enjoy a refreshing escape, complete with stunning views, relaxation and privacy. The pool is crystal blue and heated at 85 degrees. Your Swimply rental includes an air-conditioned indoor entertainment pool room with large flat screen TV, bathroom, a marble shower, distinctive amenities, resort furniture, picnic tables with umbrellas, and more. There is plenty of parking for large parties. For an additional charge, an outdoor kitchen is available including a grill, mini fridge, and an ice machine.
