Water Cleaning Fee

We ask that you keep it neat with any food near the pool. We wipe all surfaces between guests. However, if we find traces of food or other matter inside the pool or spa, it will require vacuuming and potentially shocking the pool before the next guest. We will charge a Water Cleaning Fee.

We wipe all surfaces between guests. However, if we have to pick up traces of food inside the house due to your stay, we will charge a Food Cleanup Fee.

Breeo Fire Pit. Diffuser, Grill Rack, Sear Plate

We offer a 24 inch Breeo wood burning Fire Pit that comes with a heat diffuser (for sitting around the fire), a grill rack, a sear plate. We also offer firewood, matches, an apron, welding gloves, a fire poker set. You're responsible for bringing all of the items that you'd want to grill.

Hot tub is included for reservations that are two hours or longer. The temperature will be set to 101 by default.
