The Roost Pool

I have a nice property capable of hosting up to 40 people. My property is fairly secluded. Most of my neighbors can't see into the property. At present I do not have much when it comes to furniture I have seating for 13. If you have a large party bring your own chairs. The pool is a good size pool with shallow and deep ends. Pool is not heated and the water temperature in the summer is around 76 degrees. Vallejo doesn't get too hot in the summer. Mornings the pool gets lots of sunlight, afternoon the pool is partly shaded. Pool temp sits on the average in the mid 70's it can get as cool as 60 degrees. I have a 3/4 size basketball court that can also be set up for singles tennis and volleyball. I do have flood lights for night games!!! You can also use the space for other activities which require large flat spaces. How about a game of corn hole or a tournament!!! I have a large flat party area separate from the pool where tables and chairs could be set up for a party. The surface is not flat. There are cracks and some uneven areas. It would be great for a game of corn hole or a tournament. If you would like to bring grills and a fire pit please do!!! Keep in mind evenings get pretty chilly. It's not uncommon for the temp to drop to low 60's. So if you plan an evening event jackets and blankets are a must. There will always be someone on the property to assist you when you need it. So please be polite and friendly. We're here to make your experience the best it can be. All I ask is that you be safe while you're on any part of the property and that you return the property back to the condition you received it.
