This is required for large groups of 20+. There’s a lot of prep and work that goes into keeping the space pristine for all. This will help cover the elbow grease & love we put into maintaining the pool, power washing, and sanitizing the area and bathroom for all guests.

30 Minute Set Up

Must be pre-approved due to availability. Setup access is only for the event organizer— no guests allowed until official booking start time. No swimming during setup time. No nails screws or adhesives that can damage property, and all materials must be fully removed by the end of booking.

Overtime Fee

If you want to stay beyond your allotted time, please make sure to update the booking as this is charged by the hour. This will also help as to not interfere with following guests. If you do not update it, an additional overtime flat fee of $50 will apply on top of the hourly rate.
