J Spot Southside Escape

We welcome you to our private hidden oasis on the Southside. Our backyard is great for all types of gatherings. Book your escape today! PLEASE let us know if you would like to book a weekday. PARKING Guests are to park in the back yard (right driveway in front of the gray fence) DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. Overflow parking in the two driveways in front of the house and down the street, if needed. GUESTS Due to liability purposes, the number of Guests in attendance must match the number of Guests on the reservation. Options: modify reservation to add the extra guests, the extra guests will have to leave, or the entire reservation will be canceled without a refund and everyone will need to leave the premises. POOL NO RUNNING or HORSEPLAY in or around the pool deck. NO JUMPING or BACK FLIPS into the pool except from the diving board. NO OBJECTS in the pool besides floats, balls, donuts, and noodles. PARENT/ADULT SUPERVISION is required at all times, especially for non-swimmers. NO URINATING in the pool. NO FOOD OR DRINKS in the pool. There will be a $500 charge if anyone defecates or throws up in the pool. SMOKING No smoking allowed in the apartment. ALCOHOL Alcohol is to be served in plastic cups. Drink responsibly. NO GLASS bottles around the pool deck. MUSIC DJ’s are allowed and must set up on the upper deck. Please maintain a moderate noise level and on low level after 10pm. RESTROOM Guests must dry off before entering the apartment (Blue Door) for BATHROOM USE ONLY, unless the Kitchen or Overnight Accommodations amenities have been reserved. I recommend adding the kitchen amenity for your guests to have a space to cool off. DECORATIONS NO CONFETTI or GLITTER allowed. Clean up fee will be added if USED on the property.
