Nestled on 1.5 acres, our spacious backyard offers plenty of room to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the California sunshine with family and friends. The pool is a large, classic concrete pool that’s professionally maintained every week by a local pool service, providing a clean and refreshing place to swim. As with many vintage pools, there is some cosmetic discoloration on the pool floor that does not affect the pool’s cleanliness or function. I’ve included a close-up photo so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises. Whether you’re planning a quiet afternoon by the pool, birthday party, gathering with friends, or another special event, you’ll have exclusive use of the space to make it your own.
