Please note that the heated option for the pool and hot tub is at an additional cost as per premium amenities listed below and is highly recommended for your comfort. Please reserve at least one day in advance to ensure adequate water temperature. Also please note that the pricing is for the first 5 persons. Each additional person is an additional charge of $10 per hour per person. Our pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, optional; 4 pickleball courts, pro. tennis court and optional waterfront grass volleyball court, all lighted for evening play, are located within the private island of Bal Harbour Village. This is an ultra-luxury private hotel style pool on a waterfront Bal Harbour Village estate. Please note the listed pricing is not for parties, filming, commercials, promotions, social media content or other events.
