Outdoor
Large 20x40 pool and backyard for a small or large groups. Kids and pets are welcomed to play around the open space. Enjoy the sun or shade by the pool or games in the green area. Fun space for a group of friends or families. Pool area and bathroom are cleaned before and after guests. Pool temp is about 78 degrees throughout the summer. Pool heater brings up temp to 80. Saturday Reservations must be 4hr minimum and a 10 guest minimum to be accepted. Please message us if you meet the 4hr minimum but not the guest requirement. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

No glass around the pool area. Alcohol only permitted to be consumed responsibly in cans or plastic cups. Trash bins are located near the pool for your convenience. No food or drinks in the pool. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The renter on record is responsible for all guests and damages. Dry yourself and wear shoes before entering the house to use the restroom.
