Heated Pool

This is to allow the pool to be around 84° in the spring and fall, and 89° in the summer. If you want 84° in winter, select the “Hot tub” amenity instead. If you want the pool 100° in the winter, select this amenity plus the “hot tub” amenity. Just message us if there’s any confusion. The pool is about 84° in the summer and about 74° mid spring/fall without heating. The pool temp increases a 3°-5° per hour with the heater on. This amenity is included in the “football/movie night” package.

Hot Tub

The whole pool can be turned into a big hot tub! This amenity must be selected in the winter if you want the pool heated to at least 84°, and 100° in the summer. Be sure to add the “Heated pool” amenity if you want the pool to around 100° in the winter. Select the “2 hour hearing” amenity below if you want the waterfalls/bubblers to stay like bath water during your rental. Message us if there’s any confusion.

Putt putt ⛳️

New! For this $1 we will put out 3 putters (2 adult, 1 junior) and golf balls for use on the the 4-hole putting green during your stay. Or bring your own for free. You must ensure children do not hit or throw golf balls on the premises.

Pet swim (read carefully for exemptions)

No matter how much you brush your long hair pet, there will be significant hair in the pool afterwards preventing us from hosting for a full day afterwards due to the amount of time and effort required to clean all the hair out of the pool and sanitize. This fee can also be backcharged if you our your guests decide to bring a long hair pet last minute. Google examples of what we consider short-hair dogs that are free: Boxer, Pit Bull, Pug, Terriers (Boston, Jack Russell, Bull, Staffordshire, Fox), Pinscher, Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Great Dane, French/English bulldog, Dachshund, Beagle, Chihuahua, Greyhound. If your dog has hair any longer than these breeds, please do not try to consider your dog exempt from this fee hoping your dog is considered “short hair”, as a few have tried before. Please don’t make us contact Swimply to have them back-charge you. If your dog has hair longer than these breeds listed above (such as a Labrador Retriever), there is a non-negotiable fee due to the inevitable shedding in the water, no matter how much you brush your dog. It takes hours of work to get the hair out of the pool, therefore you are also preventing a rental after yours.

1/4hp Fan

A high power floor fan will be plugged in with an extension cord that is not long enough to reach the water but the wind will reach the lounge chairs in the water. Great for humid days.
