Private Beverly Hills Resort Oasis — Heated Pool, Dual Waterfalls & Jacuzzi

This is the backyard you picture when someone says "Beverly Hills pool." A large heated pool with dual waterfalls spilling into it, a jacuzzi running alongside, and a fire pit for when the sun drops. All of it behind hedges on a quiet residential street, so it's completely yours for the day — no neighbors watching, no shared space, no one else booked while you're here. WHAT YOU GET • Heated pool, 3 to 9 ft — swimmable year-round, not just July • Dual waterfall feature • Jacuzzi / hot tub • Fire pit • BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen • Shaded outdoor seating and lounge chairs • Pool floats and toys • Guest bathroom inside the house — no porta-potty situation • Changing room • Underwater and deck lighting for evenings • WiFi • 4 off-street parking spots on a brick driveway Up to 50 guests. The lot is 9,100 sq ft with the house on well under half of it, so the yard has real room — we've hosted large parties here many times without anyone feeling packed in. GREAT FOR Kids' birthday parties. Family swim days. Baby and bridal showers. Graduations and quinceañeras. Big group cookouts. Or two quiet hours to float and do nothing — that's a completely valid booking and one of our most common. WHY PEOPLE REBOOK There's actually room. Most pool listings this size are wall-to-wall concrete. This one has open yard around the water — space for tables, a taco cart, a bounce house, a dessert setup, or just spreading out. The heat is real. The pool is professionally maintained and heated to temperature before you arrive, so an October or February booking feels the same as August. Parking is solved. Four spots on the driveway — you're not circling the block with a car full of kids, coolers and gifts. Evenings are the sleeper. Book late afternoon into dark and you get golden hour on the water, then the underwater lights and the fire pit. It photographs unbelievably well and costs the same as a midday slot. It's genuinely private. Hedged on all sides. Whatever your party…
