Enjoy a refreshing swim or take advantage of the heated pool to extend the season and add a touch of luxury to your visit. This spacious outdoor retreat is designed for comfort, connection, and fun. In addition to the pool, you’ll have plenty of open yard space to spread out, play lawn games, or simply relax. There’s ample deck space for sunbathing, enjoying your favorite drink, or catching up with friends and family. Feel free to bring plastic, acrylic, or aluminum drinkware—alcohol is welcome for the ultimate summer vibes. Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided all cigarette butts and smoking materials are disposed of properly. Bring your favorite playlist and enjoy it on a portable speaker while keeping the volume at a respectful level for our wonderful neighbors. The patio also features a natural gas grill hookup, making it easy to bring your own compatible grill for cookouts and gatherings. (Please note: a grill is not provided.) Whether you’re planning a family pool day, a relaxing afternoon with friends, a birthday celebration, or a low-key gathering, this Raleigh retreat offers thoughtful touches—including comfortable wicker lounge seating, picnic areas, sun umbrellas, and plenty of room to unwind. Please note: There is no restroom available, so please plan accordingly. Guests have exclusive access to the pool and backyard during their reservation, providing a private, relaxing environment for your group.
