Family friendly get-together's ONLY & minimum of 2 hours. Private beautiful wooded lot w/ lots of parking area. Perfect for a birthday, graduation, group celebration, or just a family & friends day out. Have fun twisting down the waterslide into into the saltwater pool or hanging out at shallow end on stairs/seating. Rinse off using hot water outdoor shower, & then cool off under pavilion w/ ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Use outdoor kitchen area (barbecue / fridge / sink) to have some burgers while kids shoot some hoops, or play volleyball or badminton! Private half-bathroom located outside of main home. All of the above is included but for additional fee you can include only steps away from pool area, the use of air conditioned cottage w/ living room, full kitchen, dining area, & full bathroom (see photos).
