Guests also have access to a full-size basketball court, expansive green space for games and activities, and a beautiful covered pavilion with comfortable seating, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and convenient restroom facilities. The Pavilion at Branchway was designed with entertaining in mind, providing the privacy and amenities of a private resort while remaining just minutes from the conveniences of Midlothian and Richmond. Whether you're grilling poolside, watching the kids play basketball, or relaxing under the pavilion, you'll have exclusive use of the property throughout your reservation.

Early Setup / Extra Time Access – $75 Need a little extra time before or after your reservation? Add additional access time to decorate, set up food and beverages, welcome vendors, or simply enjoy more time with your guests. This add-on is perfect for: • Birthday party decorating and balloon setup • Caterer, DJ, or photographer arrival time • Gift table and food preparation • Additional time to relax and clean up after your event Rate: $75 per additional hour (subject to availability). Please request additional time in advance, as extended access cannot always be accommodated if another reservation is scheduled before or after your booking.
