Private Pool Available for Swim Lessons/Small Groups

Looking for a private, comfortable space for swim lessons or a small gathering? Our pool in Newberg is available for swim instructors or families who would like to bring their own private instructor for lessons. We also welcome small groups to enjoy the sun and water for a few hours during the week. The pool provides a quiet, private setting that is ideal for one-on-one or small-group instruction without the crowds and distractions of a public facility. There is plenty of poolside seating for students, parents, and guests, along with a spacious outdoor area that offers both sunny and shaded spaces throughout the day. Whether you're participating in lessons or simply relaxing, the property provides a comfortable environment for everyone. The pool is available for $30 per hour with a 3-hour minimum reservation. This is a great option for independent swim instructors seeking a reliable teaching location or for families looking for a private space to support personalized swim instruction. Note - No diving allowed, even in the deep end and the slide and diving board are not available to use. Jumping off the rocks is prohibited. We have enough seating for about 16 on the pool deck. You're welcome to use cornhole or ladder toss and enjoy any of the floaties or noodles available for floating. The hot tub is available at an additional charge and if you need us to heat the pool for you or provide towels just be sure to add this on when you check out.
