The pool is heated to 85+ degrees (available mid-May through October, for an additional fee) and the jacuzzi is always hot. Full use of furnished pool area and backyard, with private bathroom and shower (directly accessed from the pool and backyard) that can also be used as a changing room. Private driveway parking next to pool and backyard. Bring your food and beverages, or order delivery from your favorite restaurant, and come stretch out and relax! Outdoor refrigerator/freezer and 55” TV available. Fold-out tables and chairs also available. Property and pool are professionally maintained, and pool was recently replastered. Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests. Conveniently located next to Santa Monica Blvd., just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Avenue, and Rodeo Drive.
