The pool is heated to 85+ degrees (if requested, for an additional fee) and the jacuzzi is always hot. Full use of furnished pool area and backyard, with indoor bathroom and shower (directly accessed from the backyard) that can also be used as a changing room. Private driveway parking next to pool. Property and pool are professionally maintained, and pool was recently replastered. Bring your food/beverages/coolers, or order delivery from your favorite restaurant, and come stretch out and relax! Enjoy my outdoor 55” TV. Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests. Conveniently located next to Santa Monica Blvd., just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Avenue, and Rodeo Drive. I will meet you when you arrive, briefly show you the property and then leave you to enjoy your time. *Minimum 2 hours for all bookings; minimum 3 hours for groups of 8+ and during holiday periods.
