The yard is spacious and private - and will more than accommodate parties, events, or an impromptu swim sesh!

Important: Breaking any of the following will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
•NO guests under the age of 21 without the presence of a parental guardian. Anyone under the age of 21 drinking or smoking will be asked to leave. We will check IDs.
• NO more guests than the booked amount. 16 people is the max. We will count!
• Absolutely NO GLASSWARE in the yard or in the pool. All food/beverages must be served in plastic or paper cups/plates.
