By completing your reservation, you agree to adhere to all venue policies. 🛑 Booking Eligibility & Event Types Age Requirement: The primary booker must be 25 or older. Approved Private, Pre-registered Events Only: We welcome family & friend gatherings, family reunions, Milestone birthdays (30th, 50th, etc.), elegant baby showers, private corporate retreats, intimate celebrations, content creation, lifestyle photography, and private swim lessons Strict No Open/Public Party, No-Promoter Policy: We explicitly do not allow open parties, ticketed events, public marketing/flyers, or unregulated guest counts. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. 👥 Capacity & Guest Count Maximum Capacity: Capped at 60 guests maximum.
