Our heated in-ground pool is maintained at 82° or warmer throughout the summer, so you can enjoy comfortable swimming all season long. The property features a large swimming pool, relaxing hot tub, expansive concrete patios, beautifully terraced landscaping, multiple fire pit areas, a spacious pergola, shaded seating areas, and a premium Sonos sound system to create the perfect atmosphere for your visit. Surrounded by mature trees and open skies, you’ll feel like you’ve escaped to a private resort while still being just a short drive from town. We’ve comfortably hosted gatherings of more than 40 guests, and thanks to the spacious layout, it never felt crowded. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, graduation, family reunion, baby shower, or simply a relaxing day with friends and family, there’s plenty of room for everyone. As the sun begins to set, watch the sky light up behind Mt. Hood, relax under the pergola, soak in the hot tub, or gather around one of the fire pits while enjoying your favorite music. Every part of this outdoor space was designed to create a private, resort-style experience you’ll want to come back to again and again. Guests also have access to a beautiful private modern bathroom located just steps from the pool. Please note that access to the main house is not included. During your reservation, you’ll have exclusive use of the pool, spa, patios, pergola, fire pits, private bathroom, and outdoor amenities, giving your group a peaceful and completely private place to relax and make lasting memories.
