Urban oasis with formal and vegetable garden, orchard and pool

Garden only or garden and pool (seasonal) available for private events for adults, or kids properly supervised by adults. We are selective. Not all parties will be approved. We prefer to host joyful, elegant events that are not “pool parties”. Birthdays, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, low key weddings, photo shoots, etc. are what we like. Light music, normal conversations, pool use, consumption of wine or beer, are all ok, if not excessive. If you expect your party to turn noisy or rowdy pls do not book. To protect our property and the peace of our neighbors, we will not approve or we will interrupt such events. Just outside the gate there are basketball, baseball, soccer or football fields, many playgrounds, etc. for more active chapters of the event. (No pets. Swimply toggle not working).
