Private yard surrounded by 20' shrubs.
Birthday Parties are limited to celebrate 16 year olds and under.
Comfortable and spacious with a wet bar/kitchen and new large Monument grill. Separate dinning gazebo, upper deck area with more seating and TV. Home bathroom accessible from deck. Large grass area for soccer, volleyball or large inflatable you may provide.
Pool is inground 24' x 48' with a fiberglass slide and diving board.
